Materials and Design:

1. Base:

- Constructed from 3mm thick steel plate, bent and welded.

2. Posts:

- Made from φ42mm × 3mm steel tubes.

3.Weight:

- Total product weight: 57kg

- Base weight: 24kg

- Counterweight: 33kg of sand or equivalent substitute.

4. Strength Requirements:

- As per GB/T19851.13, the top end can withstand a horizontal force of 200N.

- Standard required torque: 1.55m (lever arm) × 200N = 310N·m (torque).

- The horizontal distance from the front end of the base to the center of gravity is 0.6m.

- Actual torque: 0.6m (lever arm) × 57kg (weight) × 9.8 = 335N·m (torque), which exceeds the standard.

- Ensures no movement or swinging of the base when the net height is tensioned between 1524mm-1550mm.

5. Fasteners:

- All fasteners are high corrosion-resistant stainless steel screws to extend product life.

Manufacturing Process:

1. Cutting:

- Uses fully automatic laser cutting equipment for precision and consistency.

2. Welding:

- Assembled using CO2 gas shielded welding, ensuring tight, solid, and aesthetically pleasing welds.

3. Surface Treatment:

- Shot blasting with 0.8mm diameter shot for thorough rust removal and a fine surface, enhancing powder adhesion.

- Electrostatic powder coating process for strong adhesion, with a coating thickness of 90um - 150um, hardness of 2H, and a uniform, bright color that is weather-resistant and anti-aging.

4. Safety Features:

- No hooks, pinch points, shear points, or clamping areas.
