Materials and Design

Extension Arm Main Tube: Made of 200x100x3.0mm rectangular tubing, reinforced with 100x50x2.0mm rectangular tubing, and secondary beams made of 60x40x2.0mm rectangular tubing, all welded together.

Main Post: Made of 3.0mm thick sheet metal, combined with 100x100x2.0mm rectangular tubing, with the main column dimensions of 400x100x3.0mm.

Base: Made of 3.0mm thick sheet metal, welded together with internal reinforcement structures.

Rear Support Rod: Made of 60x40x2.0mm rectangular tubing, laser cut and welded together.

Upper Support Rod: Made of φ42x3.0mm round tubing, bent into shape with an automatic tube bending machine.
